• Non-standard mounting bracket for anti-corrosion detection sensors:

  Used to fix sensors, requiring corrosion resistance, anti-electromagnetic interference, and compliance with pipeline inspection trajectories.
• Non-standard probe bracket for storage tank detection:

  Adapted to curved surface inspection of storage tanks, with angle adjustment to ensure the probe fits the tank surface.
• Non-standard fasteners for explosion-proof fuselage:

  Used to fix fuselage components, complying with explosion-proof standards (e.g., Ex d IIB T6) to prevent sparks.

Selection Criteria for Non-standard Hardware Components

1. Material Priority:

   316L stainless steel (corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof) or aluminum alloy (lightweight). Fasteners must use explosion-proof materials with anti-corrosion surface treatment.
2. Explosion-proof Requirements:

   All hardware must comply with oil and gas industry explosion-proof standards to avoid sparks from metal impact. Fasteners shall feature anti-loosening design.
3. Adaptability:

   Probe brackets support 0–180° angle adjustment, suitable for storage tanks and pipelines of different diameters. Mounting brackets shall be lightweight to avoid affecting UAV long-distance flight.
4. Protection Level:

   Protective housings shall reach IP66 or higher, providing corrosion, rain and dust resistance for harsh oil and gas inspection environments.

   We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs.

   Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001. We have Japanese CNC Tsugami, CNC Citizen, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T press machines, casting equipment, and various process equipment, which can effectively provide customers with the best technical solutions.
